Class: Blood Play

Blood play refers to using blood during sex or BDSM related activities.  It is a kink where the sight, scent, feel and/or taste of blood can be sexually arousing. This is a surprisingly common kink, with 17% of women and around 10% of men engaging in or fantasizing about blood during sex. 

It has long been considered a form of taboo edge play, and education surrounding blood play can be difficult to find. It can be used as an activity to enhance a scene, as part of a vampire or medical role play, or a standalone interest. Normalization of more edgy kinks helps bring more focus to the safety aspects of play and allows people to learn how to safely practice playing with blood.  

This class will have a presentation, a demo, then the ability for participants to bottom for select tastings. We will focus on different ways of using blood during sex or BDSM scenes, as well as safety during play, including what to do if things go terribly wrong during a blood play scene, the suggested aftercare, and prepping the area you will use during your scene.
