Power, Permission, and Presence

Explore the transformative potential of BDSM through the lens of consent, power dynamics, and embodied awareness. This workshop invites participants of all experience levels to deepen their understanding of consent in kink—beyond “yes” and “no”—and into the nuanced territory of tuning into our own desires, needs, and limits.

Through guided discussion, somatic exercises, and consent-based activities (clothes-on, non-sexual), we’ll examine how power can be consciously exchanged and negotiated in ways that are safe, empowering, and deeply connective. We’ll explore how to identify authentic boundaries, communicate them clearly, and recognize when a “yes” isn’t fully aligned. Together, we’ll build skills for giving and receiving consent in ways that foster mutual trust, respect, and pleasure.

Whether you’re new to kink or seeking to strengthen your foundation, this is a space to learn, reflect, and grow—in full ownership of your body, your voice, and your choices.
